Stop calling Wokeism, a "Mental Health Condition".

Today I want to talk about Wokeism and how it's ZERO PERCENT related to Mental Health. Stop saying that people who identify with pronouns and who are woke have mental health conditions. It's a HUGE slap in the face to people like me who suffer from mental health conditions everyday! Everyday I have to try my best to cope with Manic Depression, Severe Anxiety, Social Anxiety, PTSD and Insomnia. Even with the medications that I have to take 3 times a day for them. The difference between me and a woke person is 100% different. Now I will show you the proof. The best way to end this confusion is to end Wokeism.
Here is the difference between mental health and wokeism: If you don't believe me, look it up yourself.
Mental Health: Mental health is a state of mental well-being that enables people to cope with the stresses of life, realize their abilities, learn well and work well, and contribute to their community. It is an integral component of health and well-being that underpins our individual and collective abilities to make decisions, build relationships and shape the world we live in. Mental health is a basic human right. And it is crucial to personal, community and socio-economic development.
Mental health is more than the absence of mental disorders. It exists on a complex continuum, which is experienced differently from one person to the next, with varying degrees of difficulty and distress and potentially very different social and clinical outcomes.
Mental health conditions include mental disorders and psychosocial disabilities as well as other mental states associated with significant distress, impairment in functioning, or risk of self-harm. People with mental health conditions are more likely to experience lower levels of mental well-being, but this is not always or necessarily the case.
~Definition: Mental health is a state of well-being where an individual can realize their potential, cope with normal life stresses, work productively, and contribute to their community.
~Focus: Mental health focuses on an individual's emotional, psychological, and social well-being, and can include mental disorders or conditions like anxiety, depression, or psychosis.
~Treatment: Mental health treatment often involves psychotherapy, medication, or a combination of both, provided by trained mental health professionals.
~Causes: Mental health problems can stem from various factors, including genetics, social learning, brain function, and environmental factors.
~Examples of mental health conditions: Anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia, eating disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders.
Woke: "Woke" originally meant being aware of and actively attentive to important facts and issues, particularly those related to racial and social injustice, but has evolved to also be used as a pejorative term, especially by conservatives, to describe politically liberal views on social justice issues.
~ Mental health focuses on an individual's emotional and psychological state, while "wokeness" focuses on social and political issues.
So, out of respect for those who suffer from REAL Mental Health conditions, stop calling "Woke" mental.
