Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,  I come before you today feeling heavy and burdened by depression. The darkness seems to consume me, and I struggle to find hope or joy. I pray for your strength and guidance during this difficult time. Please comfort me in my pain and fill me with your peace. Grant me the courage to face my challenges and the wisdom to seek help when I need it. Help me to remember that I am not alone in this struggle. Surround me with loving and supportive people who can lift me up when I am down. I pray for healing and restoration in my mind and body. May your light shine through the darkness and bring me renewed hope and purpose.
