Prayer

Heavenly Father, I lift up my church leaders to you, asking for wisdom to discern your will, strength to lead with integrity, and your unwavering presence to guide them. May they be a beacon of hope and a source of comfort, serving with humility and compassion. I humbly acknowledge your sovereignty and thank you for the leaders you have placed in my church. Grant our leaders the wisdom and discernment to understand your will and to make decisions that honor you and serve your people. Give them strength and endurance to carry the burdens of leadership, and help them to remain steadfast in their faith, even when faced with challenges. May they lead with compassion and humility, always seeking to serve others rather than seeking personal gain.
In Jesus' Name Amen
